Insurance ID Card
Digital ID cards can be accessed 24/7 by creating an account with Cigna Global online at cignaenvoy.com or by downloading the Cigna Envoy app to your smart phone or device. To create your account, you will need to use your Member ID number.
CignaEnvoy will send a Welcome Email with a link and member number to register online and access your ID card. You will use the same ID card throughout each term of a policy year.
